This is a very useful technique, your Mac will message your phone when a trigger is triggered. 1 Start to create the trigger based on the watcher you want. 2 When happy with the trigger choose Create New Shortcut 3 Now set up Shortcuts to receive input from Trypa (so it can SMS the trigger name), In Shortcuts drag the Get Text from Input item from the right: 4 In Shortcuts drag the Send Message item (if you can't find this type "message" in the search bar on the right of Shortcuts, into the Shortcut. Your shortcut should look like this 6 Then click input in the first item and chose Shortcut Input 7 Then click recipients and chose yourself from your address book Your shortcut should now look like this 8 Then name the shortcut (at the top) something like Message me the Trigger Name 9 Close the trigger and switch back to Trypa 10 Important, Trypa need to pass the input back to messages to send, so click the With Input: option, and chose the first option staring with Name: this should then look Like this: 11 Save the trigger, you can now use the Message me the Trigger Name shortcut for any trigger you want.

Don't forget to name and close the shortcut before you switch back to Trypa, you can also add as many items in as you need to control multiple items.
