Trypa can't watch when your Mac is sleeping or off.

If you want Trypa to monitor constantly then you have these options.

Adjust System Settings

The sleep settings in Ventura and Sonoma are split across Lock Screen, Battery (for laptops) and Displays

Go to open System Settings/Displays and click Advanced...

On Macbooks toggle "Prevent automatic sleeping on power adapter when the display is off" to on

This will stop the computer from sleeping automatically

Amphetamine

This is a very popular free Mac app, https://apps.apple.com/us/app/amphetamine/id937984704 it is a great option if you don't mind having another utility running. It will even allow you to only keep your Mac awake when Trypa is running and do lots of other things.

Temporary Solution

Your Mac already has a built in keeping awake function called Caffeinate.

To prevent your Mac from sleeping, just open a terminal window, type caffeinate then enter.

Thats it, your Mac will stay awake as long as the terminal window is open.
